thortful has joined forces with the incredible Tony's Chocolonely to bring you a collaboration you never knew you needed. The challenge was to combine Tony’s Chocolonely well-known brand with thortful’s bold and playful nature to create three standout single bars for Valentine’s, Mother’s & Father’s Day.

This was the very first personalised bar I designed for thortful—a Valentine’s exclusive with a twist! The brief was to create a design that didn’t explicitly mention Valentine’s Day but still resonated with our audience. After diving into some research, I found that Galantine’s Day was just as popular, so I created a design that worked perfectly for both occasions.

Valentine’s Day

Building on success, I was tasked with creating an exclusive design for Mother’s Day—again, without directly mentioning the occasion. The goal was to craft a versatile design that appealed to a wide audience.

Following the Valentine’s success, with increased initial buy units, this bar still oversold by 43%! 

Mother’s Day

For Father’s Day, the brief focused on making the copy the star of the show, paired with a design tailored perfectly to the recipient.
